Even when I am no professional archeologist, I have always been intrigued and charmed by megalithic remains from old, old times, long BC. Of those, standing stones and stone circles attract me most, and it has been a hobby to try and find these whenever and wherever we travel. Surprise: not only Britain and Brittany, but also Italy, Portugal and Malta for instance, are rich in megaliths. On these pages I want to share some of my finds with you; some well-known and some more out of the way.
