Sweden

Sweden, especially in the south, is rich in megalithic remains. There are 3 types of Neolithic monuments: dolmen (dating from 3800-3400 BC), passage graves   (3400-2400 BC) and stone cysts (2000-1800 BC). All these are of the same tradition as Western European megaliths. Also shipsettings, stone circles and standing stones can be found, usually dating to the Bronze and Iron Age. These monuments are unrelated to the European tradition.
